Clean the area around the chip or crack thoroughly with a dry towel. Make sure there are no loose glass fragments.
Position the repair device over the chip, ensuring the center ring is directly aligned with the impact point.
Screw the resin chamber into the center ring until it touches the chip. Make sure the chamber is tightly secured to create an airtight seal.
Insert resin into the chamber by adding 3-6 drops, depending on the size of the chip.
Ensure the resin is fully inside the chamber, ready to be pressed into the crack.
Tighten the pressure driver on top of the resin chamber until it begins pressing the resin into the chip. This step helps fill the chip completely with the resin.
Loosen the pressure driver slightly to release any trapped air, then re-tighten to press more resin into the chip. Repeat as needed until the chip is filled.
Remove the repair device carefully from the windscreen.
Apply curing strips over the repaired area to protect the resin while it cures.
Move the vehicle into direct sunlight and allow the resin to cure.
After the resin is fully cured, scrape off any excess with the provided razor blade, leaving a smooth surface.
