Most of the items range on our website are manufactured in China however stock is held locally in New Zealand warehouses. Because of this you will not have to wait long for your order to arrive.
In most cases orders will be delivered to you within 2 to 3 working days. Tracking is available on all orders and will be provided to you after order has been shipped.
Depends on your location and what is ordered. Shipping rates to your region are shown on the specific product page. If products are shipping from the same warehouse then the shipping rate will be the higher of those shown on the selected product pages.
Shipping costs range from as low as $6.50 per item up to $25.00 per item. The total shipping cost will be shown during the checkout process before committing to the order.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
